The Grand Junction Police Department and Mesa County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting in the area of 29 Rd and North Avenue on 05/15/24, at approximately 3:20 p.m. Two adult males were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. One person has been detained for questioning. No arrest has been made at this time. This is an isolated incident, and there is no outstanding threat to the community. This incident remains under investigation and there is no further information available at this time.
