Grand Junction Police Department Officers responded to a report of a man breaking windows at a business in the 2000 block of North Avenue at approximately 5:30 a.m. on 12/7/23. Officers arrived on the scene to find shattered windows and an individual matching the description given by employees of the suspect. James Ridley (34) was taken to the Mesa County Justice Center on the following charges:
- Felony Menacing
- 2nd-Degree Burglary
- Criminal Mischief
