Utility Billing
The City has an Alert system managed from the City website (gjcity.org) that offers the ability to send email or text notices quickly about changes to water clarity or outages. This new communications tool for customers was sent in an email on September 21 and offers the ability to opt into the list. The email was sent from listserv@gjcity.org. If you believe these alert notifications would be beneficial, please reply to the email. Otherwise, you can opt out of receiving these communications.
To sign up to receive Alerts, go to the NotifyMe webpage.

Payment Arrangements
We are happy to make payment arrangements with the owner of the property. Because the owner is ultimately responsible for any unpaid utility charges, we are unable to make arrangements with a renter unless authorized by the landlord or property management company. Please call 970-244-1579.
