City Council Engagements
City council recognizes the importance of meeting residents where they already are: in their neighborhoods, at local events, and through everyday, familiar community spaces.
The "Meet You There" campaign lays the foundation for a flexible, intentional, and community-centered engagement framework that enables all Councilmembers to participate meaningfully in public outreach.
This effort builds on existing systems by connecting with trusted community partners and offering diverse engagement opportunities, as well as City-led functions. This includes engagements focused on listening, informing, educating, and building authentic connections. The approach is designed to be proactive and grounded in accessibility.
