   Use this form to request attendance of the Grand Junction City Council for your event. Events should be public and open for all to attend. Please submit requests at minimum of two weeks in advance of the requested event date. 

   By completing this form, it does not confirm the attendance of the City Council at the event. Staff will connect within seven business days after reviewing the request. 

   In the additional information section, list whether a specific councilmember or entire City Council is being requested to attend the event.
