2. The ADU Financing & Building Workshop—also known as “Part 2”—focuses specifically on the financing and construction of your ADU. While the original workshop covers the City’s planning and zoning process, this session brings in local financing and building professionals for a panel discussion* to answer your questions and offer insight into the ADU development process.

   Sign up for Part 2 of our ADU Workshop series below! This event will take place on Tuesday, November 4 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the City Hall Auditorium located at 250 N 5th St. This session follows the standard ADU Workshop earlier that evening, but requires separate registration if you plan to attend both.
