The City of Grand Junction summer camp registration opens Tuesday, March 4, 2025. The new Parks and Recreation Summer Camp Guide offers details about the many opportunities for kids to be active throughout the summer months. Prior to registration, the required enrollment paperwork must be submitted online. Completing enrollment early helps to streamline the registration process on March 4. Last year’s camp spaces sold out, so parents and guardians are encouraged to register as close to the opening date as possible.
A variety of summer programs are offered include:
- Little Sunshines camp for ages five and six
- STARS camp and SCORE camp for ages seven through 11
- Tween camp for ages 12-15
- Shark Camp
- Wilderness Bush Crafting
