GRAND JUNCTION, CO — At 4:48 p.m., the Grand Junction Fire Department responded to a reported house fire on the 800 block of 24 Road after a passerby called 9-1-1 to report smoke and flames coming from a home on the east side of the roadway. The residence appeared unoccupied, with doors and windows boarded up.
