Our technology workshops offer older adults the opportunity to engage with a dynamic mix of offerings to achieve measurable change in one or more areas of their lives. Our Computer and Smart Phone workshops and seminars help older adults learn to use technology and the many computer devices and software programs. Covering areas including internet security, Excel, Word, video chat, online shopping, and more.

Exercise your mind and body in this fun class where choreographed dances are taught to country music as well as a variety of other genres. The first 45 minutes focus on learning steps for beginning dances and practicing to slower music, making it easier to follow along. The last hour includes both beginning and intermediate line dances danced at normal speed. No partner required.
