You deserve this mind/body class! Yoga provides you an opportunity to slow down, focus, and relax in a supportive environment. Designed with you in mind, variations and props, along with more challenging options are given. Punch passes are transferable and non-refundable.

Check out this introductory lesson on hard-shell kayaking! Review personal preparation, kayak and paddle design details, paddle environment, and safety. Learn about kayaking, essential gear, basic paddle strokes and techniques, and a safe introduction to rills. Participants need to dress appropriately for air and water temps, and a neoprene or dry suit is recommended. Gear is not included, but you can bring your own or rent a setup from the Colorado Mesa Outdoor Program. Meet at the Mariposa Shelter at Las Colonias Park by the Butterfly Pond. Ages 17+

Looking for a fun weeknight activity to enjoy the Western Colorado outdoors? Head out to Canyon View Park to throw some bags and compete with, and against, your friends in our cornhole league. This doubles (2 v 2) cornhole league will run 7 weeks and is played on the softball fields at Canyon View Park. League will begin June 15. Fee is $40 per team.
