This class is for those who already learned the basics of Tai Chi and the sequence of moves in the 24 Form of Tai Chi. We will work on deeper levels of relaxation within the form as well as refining the movements further. This will lead to even greater health benefits, both physical and mental.

For those who have already learned the sequence of moves in the Long Form of Yang Style Tai Chi. We will work on the Tai Chi principles at a deeper level, and how to apply those in your form and in your life. When you no longer need to learn any new moves your attention can be given to improving the skills that you have developed, while adding new skills, resulting in even greater health benefits.
