2022 Waterline Replacement Project
- 21st Street between North Avenue and Kennedy Avenue
- Expect temporary road closure with well-marked detour route in place
- Access for residents will be maintained
- Anticipated Completion – Late April 2023
24 Road and G road Traffic Roundabout Project
- Between 4/17 & 5/5 - G Rd. will be closed from 24 Rd. to 24 1/2 Rd., reopening for the weekends.
- Be aware of the posted 15 mph speed limit around the 24 Rd. and G Rd. temporary roundabout.
- Continue to see lane shifts on 24 Rd. from I-70 to Leland Ave.
- Moderate traffic delays can be expected
- Access to Canyon View Park, Golden Gate Petroleum & Community Hospital will be maintained.
Sewer Replacement Project (Orchard Mesa)
- Cedar St. north of Unaweep Ave. will be closed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Resident access will be provided.
- Anticipated Completion – Mid April
Horizon Drive and G Road - Geotechnical Survey
- Intersection turn lanes will be closed intermittently throughout the day-April 11 only.
Annual Fire Hydrant Flushing Program - Citywide
- Please slow down in areas where crews are working.
- Watch for minor street flooding.
Annual Spring Clean-Up
- Crews will be working this week south of North Avenue to include parts of Orchard Mesa and the Redlands.
- Please down in areas where crews are picking up debris from curb side.
