2022 Asphalt Overlay Project
Work at the following two locations are scheduled for this coming week (weather permitting)
1) 25 ½ Road between Independent Avenue and Patterson Road

2) Redlands Pkwy. from Hwy 340 to Colorado River Bridge

River Front Trail Improvement Project
- The River Front Trail will be closed between Bananas Fun Park and the Junior Service League Park/ Redlands Pkwy.
- City crews are replacing the asphalt trail with concrete
- A well-marked detour route will be in place utilizing the bike path alongside the Riverside Pkwy.
City of Grand Junction Leaf Removal Program
- Please slow down in areas where crews are working
- Anticipated Completion – Early December (weather permitting)

North Avenue between 1st Street and I-70B, Resurfacing Project – CDOT
- Paving of the side street tie-ins and turn lanes
- Expect minimal traffic delays
- Anticipated completion – Early December (weather permitting)

- 23 Road is closed to thru traffic between H Road and I Road
- Access for residents will be maintained

South Camp Road Shoulder Improvement Project – Mesa County
- Shoulder work along South Camp Road between Monument Road and Rimrock Road
- South Camp Road may have Intermittent alternating one lane traffic, Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
- Expect delays
- Anticipated Completion – Mid December (weather dependent)
Hwy 141 and Coffman Road (Whitewater), Utility Construction – Private Development
- Coffman Road closed between Hwy 141 and Gaylord Street
- Detour route will be in place
- Anticipated Completion – Friday December 2 (weather dependent)
Zenith Lane Utility Construction – Private Development
- Zenith Lane will be closed to thru traffic from F ¼ Road to Flat Top Lane
- Detour Route will be in place
- Anticipated completion – Thursday December 1
I70 B from 1st Street & Main Street to 3rd Street & Pitkin Avenue, Utility Locating – CDOT
- Intermittent lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
