F 1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 ½ Rd. Concrete work
• One lane traffic will continue at roundabout

Tree Trimming and Removal on 7th Street

• City crews will be on 7th St. between North Ave. and Gunnison Ave. Mon. - Thurs. 
• Expect delays and detour

30 Road Pedestrian Improvements Project

• Construction impacts on 30 Rd. South of D Rd. to Debra St. all week
• Be aware and follow traffic control directions
• Expect delays

4th & 5th Street Improvement Project - Pilot Phase

• Expect lane shifts, closures, and detours during the day on 5th between North Ave. and Ute Ave.
• Belford Ave. will likely be closed with no parking the morning of Sept.17. Watch for signs to notify date.

2024 Sewer Repair Project

• Closures on 22nd Street between Ouray & Gunnison Avenues through late September
• Closed to through traffic, open to residents
• Alley south of 12th & Hermosa will be closed
• Northbound right lane on 12th Stret closed north of Patterson Road

24 & G Rd. Roundabout

• Temporary closures of inner lane during the week for landscaping and art installation.

I-70 Business Loop Improvements

• 3rd St. Between Ute & Pitkin will be one lane alternating under flagger control
• Business access will be open but adjusted to support construction and customer needs
