City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions

F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 ½ Rd. Concrete work
• One lane traffic will continue at roundabout

30 Road Pedestrian Improvements Project

• Construction impacts on 30 Rd. South of D Rd. to Debra St. all week.
• Be aware and follow traffic control directions.
• Expect delays.

4th & 5th Street Improvement Project - Pilot Phase

• Expect lane shifts, closures, detours during the day on 4th and 5th between North & Ute

2024 Sewer Repair Project

• Closures on 22nd Street between Chipeta & Gunnison Avenues through early September
• Closed to through traffic, open to residents

24 & G Rd. Roundabout

• Temporary closures of inner lane during the week for landscaping and art installation.

I-70 Business Loop Improvements

• Pitkin Ave. and Ute Ave. will be down to one lane from 1st St. to 4th St. Tues.-Fri. 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Intersection of Main St. & 1st St. will be one lane alternating traffic
• Business access will remain open
• Traffic on 2nd between Pitkin & Ute will be alternating one-way
• During the week, 3rd may be only open to business traffic
