City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions

24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project

• Please be aware of moderate traffic impacts and new lane configurations on 24 Rd. for landscaping
• Be aware of the posted 15 mph speed limit around the 24 Rd. and G Rd. roundabout
• Access to Canyon View Park, Golden Gate Petroleum & Community Hospital will be maintained

2024 Sewer Replacement Project

• Glenwood Ave. closed between 17th and 18th
• When open, will be one lane with flaggers
• Resident access will be maintained
• Alternate route is advised

Riverside Waterline Replacement Project

• Hale Ave, Park Ave, Fairview Ave and Ute Ave will be patched back in April
• Resident access will be maintained

Ute and Pitkin Waterline Replacement Project

• Ute Ave. lane closures and shifts continue between 1st St. And 4th St.
• 2nd St. Closed between Ute and Pitkin
• Lane closures 1st & Main to 4th & Pitkin

F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 Rd will be one lane Northbound and Southbound at F1/2
• 24 ½ Rd. will be open

1st St. Gas Line Construction – CDOT

• 1st St. between Rood Ave. and Pufferbelly
• 1st St. will have both lanes, but median is still under construction

Xcel Project at 25 Rd and Foresight Cir.

• Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd will be closed, detours will be put in place
• Access to businesses will be maintained
• Expect delays and longer than normal commute times

Highline Fiber Project

• 7th & Walnut Southbound to Orchard Ave. will be one lane all week
• One lane on Bogart & Independent to Pine & Country Auto Sales all week
• Orchard will be one lane at 1st (crossing 1st)
• 25 Rd & Inland Northbound to Industrial shoulder work Mon-Wed
• 25 ½ Rd & Patterson Westbound to 25 Rd will be one lane
• 7th & North Westbound to 1st will be one lane
• 1st & North Southbound to Gunnison will be one lane
• 25 ½ & Patterson to Independent to 1st & Independent will have rolling traffic control Wed-Fri
