City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions

Annual Street Chipseal Program

• Sun. 6/4: G Rd. from 25 Rd. to Horizon Dr.
• Mon. 6/5: Horizon Dr. from G Rd. to 7th St.
• Tues. 6/6: 12th St. from G Rd. to Patterson Rd.
• Wed. 6/7: 25 1/2 Rd. from G Rd. to F 1/2 Rd. and F 1/2 Rd. from 26 Rd. to 25 1/2 Rd.

24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project 

• Be aware of the posted 15 mph speed limit around 24 Rd. and G Rd. temporary roundabout  
• Continue to see lane shifts on 24 Rd. from I-70 to Leland Ave. 
• Moderate traffic delays can be expected 
• Access to Canyon View Park, Golden Gate Petroleum & Community Hospital will be maintained 

Sewer Replacement Project (Orchard Mesa) 

1. 24^th St. is closed at Teller Ave. and Hill Ave. 
   

   Reopen date: mid-June 

2. Unaweep Ave. is closed at Pine St. 
   Use 27 Rd & 27 ½ Rd. as the detour. 
   Reopen date: late August              

Patterson Rd. intersection curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacement project 

• Eastbound Patterson Rd. lane closure between 30 Rd. and 31 Rd. Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 
• Expect delays
• Anticipated completion: Friday, 6/9

Fiber Optic Construction– Highline Internet Service Provider

Expect lane closures and possible delays this week at the following location:

• 31 Rd. from Patterson Rd. to F 1/2 Rd.
  • Expect delays

S. Broadway between 23 Rd. & Easter Hill Dr.– Private Development

• D 1/2 Rd. will be closed Mon. 6/5 through Fri. 6/16

• Detour route will be in place
• Resident access will be provided
