City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions

Crosby Ave. Utility Work 

• Crosby Ave. will be closed to through traffic from Main St. to W. Gunnison to relocate utilities.
• Construction is scheduled through May.

Horizon & G Rd. Roundabout 

• Construction continuing at the intersection of Horizon Dr. & G Rd.
• Expect delays.
• Detours will begin the week of April 21.

Non-City Projects with Travel Restrictions 

I-70 Business Loop Improvements (CDOT) 

• 2nd St. and 3rd St. between Ute & Pitkin will be closed with access open to businesses.
• Business access will be open but adjusted to support construction and customer needs.
• Ute and Pitkin Avenues will be one lane.

Access Between Hwy. 6 & 50 and River Road at G Road 

• The railroad will be doing a repair April 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Full closure at the access road between Highway 6 & 50 and River Road at G Road.
