City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions

2024 Sewer Replacement Project

• Patching from 18th St. & Elm St. to 15th St. & Glenwood Ave.
• Patching from Gunnison Ave. west of 28 ½ to East dead end

Ute and Pitkin Waterline Replacement Project

• Expect lane closures from 1st St. & Main St. to 4th St. & Pitkin Ave.

F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 1/2 Rd. will be reopened for the month of May

Non-City Projects with Travel Restrictions

Xcel Project at 25 Rd. and Foresight Cir.

• Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd. will be closed, detours will be put in place
• Access to businesses will be maintained
• Expect delays and longer than normal commute times

Highline Fiber Project

• 12th St. & Teller Ave. heading South on East ROW Wednesday through Friday - Shoulder work and lane closures
• 25 Rd. & F ½ Rd. on North ROW to 25 ½ Rd. then South on 25 ½ Rd. 1000’ on East ROW Tuesday through Friday - Expect lane closures
• 25 Rd. & Waite Ave. at intersection Tuesday through Friday - Shoulder work with possible lane closures
• F ½ & Altitude Way Monday through Tuesday - Shoulder work with possible lane shift

Riverfront Trail Work

• Riverfront Trail at Las Colonias East of dog park will have short detours posted. 
• Work should be complete on May 31
