24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project

• Please be aware of moderate traffic impacts and new lane configurations on 24 Rd. for landscaping

2024 Sewer Replacement Project

• Glenwood Ave. closed between 17th and 18th Streets
• When open, will be one lane with flaggers
• Resident access will be maintained
• Alternate route is advised

Riverside Waterline Replacement Project

• Hale Ave., Park Ave., Fairview Ave. and Ute Ave. will be patched back in April
• Resident access will be maintained

Ute and Pitkin Waterline Replacement Project

• Ute Ave. lane closures and shifts continue between 1st St. And 4th St.
• 2nd St. Closed between Ute and Pitkin Avenues
• Lane closures 1st & Main to 4th & Pitkin

F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 Rd will be one lane northbound and southbound at F 1/2

1st St. Gas Line Construction – CDOT

• 1st St. between Rood Ave. and Pufferbelly
• 1st St. will have both lanes, but median is still under construction

Xcel Project at 25 Rd and Foresight Cir.

• Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd will be closed, detours will be put in place
• Access to businesses will be maintained
• Expect delays and longer than normal commute times

Highline Fiber Project

• 7th & Walnut southbound to Gunnison will be one lane all week
• 25 ½ Rd & Patterson Westbound to 25 Rd will be one lane
• 7th & North Westbound to 1st will be one lane
• 1st & North Southbound to Gunnison will be one lane
• 7th & Teller to Belford then West on Belford to 6th one lane
• 15th & Texas to 16th one lane
• 15th & Glenwood to 17th lane closures
• 15th & Elm South to Bunting lane closure
• 1st & Teller South to Gunnison one lane
