 I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil and I've always gravitated toward cartooning. I have a comic strip called Carrot and Ruf and do a single-panel gag strip called Junk Drawer. I am always seeking new places to publish them! I got into Graphic Design in college. At Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University) I worked in the campus' design studio. I got my BA in Graphic Art in 2002 and got a job as the 'typesetter' at CopyCopy (a copy shop much like Kinko's) in 2003. I have been working as the Graphic Designer for Canyon View Vineyard Church (a large non-denominational church) since 2006. I have been doing intermittent freelance work since college I have done many freelance illustrations from caricatures and children's books to CD covers. I have several children's books in process.
