Las Colonias Amphitheater
From the home of migrant farm workers, to uranium mill tailings clean-up site, to a regional riverfront park, Las Colonias Park is 130 acres of restored riverfront on the banks of the Colorado River in the heart of Grand Junction. A major component of the Park is an outdoor Amphitheater that will serve as a community and regional draw enjoying widespread support from the community, with eleven funding partners stepping up to make the project possible.
The Amphitheater is located only a mile from Downtown Grand Junction, which is home to dozens of outstanding locally-owned shops, restaurants, galleries, and public art.
