Counselor-In-Training Program - CLOSED
Want to be a STARS staff member? The Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program is the first step to becoming a camp counselor. In addition to working with children, gaining leadership experience, and receiving great job training, a CIT is involved in planning and implementing camp programs. Submitting an application does not guarantee a candidate's acceptance into the program. Interviews will be conducted in May. The first step for interested candidate's is to fill out the below application and submit it to Emily Krause at the Grand Junction Parks and Recreation office in Lincoln Park. We encourage the interested candidate to complete this step on their own with limited parent assistance as this is part of the education process.
Please submit the above application to Emily Krause at Grand Junction Parks and Recreation at 1340 Gunnison Ave. located in Lincoln Park or email the application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
