The Grand Junction fire department responded to report of fire at 183 ½ Glory View Drive with 7 units and 15 personnel. First unit on scene found significant fire at the rear of the home which had extended into the interior of the home. Fire was quickly knocked down using multiple hose lines on the exterior and interior of the home. Full New Release

In celebration of the newly completed “Tower” at Lincoln Park Sports Complex, the Grand Junction Commission on Arts and Culture is holding a Community Contest for an art banner for the “Tower” as a part of the 1% for the arts.
