Demographics and Statistics 

What is the current population of the City?  How many housing units are inside the City limits?  Answers to these questions and many others are often directed to the City Planning Division.  The City maintains data and statistics about many demographic subject areas that will hopefully help our community with personal business ventures, economic opportunities and answer our citizens questions about the community in which they live.  We get our information from a variety of resources and look to the US Census Bureau and the Colorado Demographer's office for the latest population counts, estimates and projections.  If you don't find the information you're looking for, please contact Dave Thornton via email or by phone at (970) 244-1450.
