Intersection turning movement counts. Click here for information that may include AM, Noon, and PM peak counts.
This information is broken down by the 3 peak hours, and turning directions. (Counts Updated March 1, 2005)
Note: In order to view the count files, you must have Acrobat Reader. A link is available on the turning movment count page to install this for free.

This information is the daily traffic count, that is not broken down by peak hours, and just gives one total for a 24 hours period.
To access the Traffic Count Map through the City's GIS Web Site Click Here
For more information on utilizing this site, see below.
(This is a example only, the actual map may look slightly different)

When you get to the GIS Web site, choose Transportation from the middle drop down list, and Zoom into the area you are looking for. Move your cursor over one of the green stars for count information. The information it displays will tell you if it is City or County Jurisdiction, The Count Totals, and the last date a count was completed.

On the left side of the screen the information is best displayed if you only check these areas, Traffic Counts, Parcels, Highways and Streets 2. Leave the other items unchecked. Or experiment to see what the best display is for you.

To Run a Report of counts at a specific location, put your cursor over the star of the area you are interested in, click once to select that one star. If you want to include more than one, put your cursor over another star and shift/click to select the second one, and so on. Right click with your mouse, select view, report, OK. Save to where you select, count is saved as csv for Excel Worksheet, but can be viewed in Word. To select all the areas, Right click on your mouse, select map objects, traffic counts, all, OK. Again, save to where you want to view the report.

This is an example of a report you can create in Excel, and the information that is exported.
