Bid Documents may be reviewed at the Administration Office of the
Department of Public Works and Planning at City Hall, 250 North
5th Street, Room 245. Copies may be obtained for a non-refundable
sum that varies depending on the scope of the Bid Documents.
Pre-qualification of Contractors
Contractors submitting bids over

The performance of the Work for Projects shall conform to the General Contract conditions presented in the City of Grand Junction’s Standard Contract Documents for Capital Improvements Construction, revised February 2009, except as specifically modified or supplemented on the Construction Drawings. Standard Contract Documents may also be purchased at the Administration Office
of the Department of Public Works and Planning, City Hall, 250 North Fifth Street, Room 245. Call 970-244-1555
