about our service. Residents may make comments in person at the
Police Department, by mailing to: 625

locate a supervisor during normal business hours please call (970)
244-3555 or in the evening hours (970)
244-3649. A message may also be left on our confidential
comment line (970) 244-3757.
Following is a brief summary of the process in which comments are
handled. Initially, a supervisor will interview the reporting party
to obtain details of the incident in question. The supervisor then
determines whether the comment is a complaint, an inquiry or a commendation.
(No interview is necessary for commendations received by mail).
Subsequent to that, the applicable procedure is then followed as
shown below:

Positive comment, commendation, compliment about an employee,
