There will be age divisions for the following |
Track and Field, Bowling, Swimming, Basketball, Horseshoes,
and Softball Slugfest. |
The divisions
are as follows: |
50-54, 55-59, 60-64,
65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+ |

Individual registration form – including participant
information, event registration, Medical information,
waiver and registration fee must be filled out completely.

$19.00 includes a T-shirt and the banquet. |
| Check In Information: |
Check in will be from 3:00pm to 4:30pm Tuesday September 2 at Chick Fil-A (get a free sandwich coupon) or 8:00am-5:00pm on Wednesday September 3 and Thursday September 4 at the Parks and Recreation office located at 1340 Gunnison Ave. |

Equipment: Participants must provide their
own equipment for the events entered.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the first,
second and third place finishers in each age
group in each contest. Awards will be presented following
each event at the event site.
