1) An event form may be picked up at either golf course and submitted for approval to the Parks and Recreation Director.
2) Groups must follow all rules as posted for normal play at the golf courses.
3) The Golf Course Superintendent has the right to close the course at any time when damage may occur to the course.
4) Any damage to the course, clubhouse or equipment caused by the group, will be the responsibility of the sponsoring group and the assessed damage amount will be payable within 7 days from the date of the tournament.
5) Food and soft drinks--facilities are available at each golf course for food and beverage service. All food and beverage must be purchased through the Pinon Grill unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the Parks and Recreation Director. Check with respective golf course for menu and costs.
6) Colorado State Liquor Code requires that only alcoholic beverages purchased at the respective golf course may be consumed on the premises or the course.
7) Payment for food, beverages, and all additional charges of the group must be made by the completion of play.
8) In the case of failure to comply with the Course guidelines, person(s) responsible for violations will be asked to leave the premises after an initial warning.
9) Lincoln Park and Tiara Rado Golf Courses are spikeless facilities. Please notify participants and ask them to wear spikeless footwear.

TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES:

1) The per player fee for tournaments will be:

Monday-Thursday 9 Holes - LP/$19.00 TR/$19.50 18 Holes - LP/$33.25 TR/$34.75
Friday, Sat, Sun, Holidays 9 Holes - LP/$22.50 TR/$23.50 18 Holes - LP/$37.75 TR/$39.50
Note: Per player fee for tournaments includes green fees and cart. An additional $6.00 fee per player will be billed for Pro Shop prizes.

2) A tournament deposit fee of $125.00 payable to Grand Junction Parks & Recreation MUST accompany all requests. For approved tournaments, this deposit will be credited against the total cost of the tournament less a $50.00 tournament fee.

3) If the event is canceled due to weather it will be rescheduled if an alternative date is available. If no date is available, or the group wishes, a refund will be given, less prorated use of equipment and holes completed.

4) Any equipment, food, beverages, and/or prizes that have been leased or purchased must be paid for, in full, by the completion of play.

5) Food and beverage service is available at each course for your event. All food and beverage must be purchased through the Pinon Grill unless approved by the Parks and Recreation Director. Menu and prices are available upon your request

6) A minimum of $6.00 per player must be spent in Pro Shop prizes and gift certificates, available at each golf course.

7) The per player fee for all players MUST be received by respective golf course 3 days prior to the event or the event is subject to cancellation. (Season tickets are NOT valid during tournament play).

a) A group which has less players than requested and paid for will receive no refunds.

b) Groups will only be allotted tee times for the number of players that are prepaid. Additional players will be subject to availability of starting times or additional holes (Shotgun Only).

8) Shotgun starts for events:
a) A group must have a minimum of 50 and up to a maximum of 72 players (Lincoln Park), and 100 minimum up to 144 maximum players (Tiara Rado) to close the course for a shotgun start. Shotgun starts on weekends will be in the A.M. only. Groups with less than minimum for a shotgun can pay per player fees for a minimum and have a shotgun start. Groups with less than the minimum number and not wishing to pay additional fees will be given starting times. Starting times will begin no sooner than noon on weekends.
