What is FunnLinkExpress?
FunnLinkExpress is Parks &
Recreation’s new Internet registration program located
at funnlink.gjcity.org. The program offers the community the
flexibility of registering for recreation classes, activities
and events 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What Do I Need to Register on FunnLinkExpress?
You don't need anything to browse
through our list of activities and events, but you will need your
Client Number and Family PIN to register. (Each member of your family
has their own individual Client Number and each family has an identifying
PIN.)
How Do I Get a Client Number and Family PIN?
If you have registered with us in
the past, you should already have an account in our system. If you
are not sure whether you already have an account, go to My Account,
click on Forgot My Password and enter your e-mail address. If you
are currently in our system and we have your e-mail address on file,
your numbers will be e-mailed to you immediately. (Please Note:
If we do not have your e-mail address on file, this feature will
not work. Please e-mail us at FunnLinkExpress@gjcity.org for assistance.)
If you have not previously registered with us, please go to My Account
and click on Create New Account. Your new Client Number(s) and Family
PIN will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 business days. If you need
help or if you would prefer to create your account over the phone,
please call our Leisure Services Representatives at 970-254-3866.
How Do I Register?
Click on the My Basket tab and log
in using your Client Number and Family PIN. Click on the Activities
tab, locate your desired class or event and click on the Add button
to move the selection to your basket. (Some activities may not have
an Add button, as they are only available for viewing and reservations
must be taken through our Leisure Services Representatives.) When
you have finished making your selection, click on My Basket then
click on Checkout. Enter your credit card information then select
Complete Transaction. All internet registrations must be paid for
in full using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

assistance with the registration program:
1. Review the “Frequently Asked Questions” list on the
Help Desk tab.

3. Call our Leisure Services Representatives at 970-254-FUNN (3866).
