The Memorial Tree Planting Program provides trees as a Living Tribute for many generations. Trees planted through this program serve as growing memorials, while benefiting the community and increasing Grand Junctions urban forest. The City Forestry Division will arrange for the purchase, plant and maintain the tree. You and or your group are encouraged to work with the Forestry Supervisor in selecting the tree species of your choice. Groups are also welcome during the tree planting.
