Ordinance 3904 - Section 3.4.J, Mixed Use (MU) Zone District (adopted June 29, 2006)
Ordinance 3956 - Sections 3.2, Dimensional Standards and 3.4.C, B-2 Downtown Business Zone District (adopted August 16, 2006)
Ordinance 3974 - Amending various sections of the Zoning and Development Code pertaining to multifamily development including: Table 3.2 Zoning Districts Dimensional Standards; Sections 3.3.G, H, I & J Residential Multifamily; Table 3.5 Use/Zone Matrix, Section 6.3 Public and Private Parks and Open Spaces; Section 6.7 Subdivision Standards; and Chapter 9 Definitions (adopted September 20, 2006)
Ordinance 4041 - Amending Sections 1.12 and 4.2, Tables 2.1 and 2.3, and adding Section 2.21 of the Zoning and Development Code pertaining to sign regulations to allow for sign permits as a separate application (adopted March 7, 2007)
Ordinance 4055 - Amending various sections and adding new sections to the Zoning and Development Code to address issues with nonconforming structures and sites, drive-through retail establishments, zoning of annexed property, residential zone designations, alternative surfacing of vehicular traffic areas, lot size, width and setbacks for lots abutting tracts and Growth Plan amendments with Planned Development rezone requests. (adopted March 21, 2007)
Ordinance 4066 - Amending the Zoning and Development Code to add Section 7.6 H Road/Northwest Area Plan Policies and Performance Standards (adopted April 18, 2007)
Ordinance 4140 - Amending Section 2.5 of the Zoning and Development Code to allow amendments to the Growth Plan and/or the Future Land Use Map more than twice each calendar year. (adopted November 19, 2007)
Ordinance 4141 - Amending the Zoning and Development Code to update and clarify certain sections of the Code and to make minor corrections. (adopted November 19, 2007)
Ordinance 4259 - Amending various sections in Chapter 2 and 3 of the Zoning and Development Code to update or clarify certain provisions. (adopted July 2, 2008)
Ordinance 4260 - Amending the Zoning and Development Code regarding off-premise signs on or near the centerline of the Riverside Parkway. (adopted July 2, 2008)
Ordinance 4298 - Amending sections in Chapters 2 and 3 of the Zoning and Development Code to extend the validity of administrative and public hearing permits and to make certain uses in the B-2 (Downtown Business) and MU (Mixed Use) Zone Districts uses by right. (adopted September 29, 2008)
Ordinance 4301 - Amending Sections 1.15 and 2.2.E, Table 2.1 and Chapter 9 of the Zoning and Development Code to include an administrative development approval for a minor exemption subdivision.
