SSID CHECKLISTS: All Checklists included in this manual are samples only and should not be used to prepare a submittal application for review by the City of Grand Junction. An offical Checklist will be prepared by a member of the Community Development Department that reflects the specific requirements for each development proposal. Applications that have been prepared with a Sample Checklist will NOT be accepted for review.
