Understanding Your Bill
The City of Grand Junction bills for one or
some combination of water, sewer, trash and irrigation
services. We bill monthly
after the service is delivered to our customers.
The bottom portion
of the bill is the remittance stub and shows your account number, due date, total due,
name and billing address. The remittance stub has a space
to indicate the amount of your payment. The address on the
remittance stub is your billing address.
If, for some reason, your name or address is wrong, please
call us at 970-244-1579 with the correction.
The City has four basic types of bills:
-
Accounts in
the Central Grand Valley Sewer
District (CGVD)
-
Accounts in
the Fruitvale Sewer
District (FVSD)
-
Sewer
and/or Trash
only Accounts (not in a special district)
