eCARe registration tips:

• be sure that your popup blockers are turned off, you may use the control key (hold it down) and click view bill or the go button to make a payment.
• have your account number available (it is located at the top of you statement Account Number 00022473-00)
• the occupant code field is the 00 or 01 after the - in your account no. (22473-00)
• you must have your zip code no. available
• when you setup a password it must be between 7 and 20 characters
