The Customer Service
Division is made up of 4 different areas: Utility
Billing, Municipal Court, Parking, and Sales Tax. This division
was organized with the goal of creating a more user-friendly environment
for our customers and citizens while also improving the efficiency
of the services we are providing. Currently there are 12 total staff
in the division who are ready and waiting to assist you. . . our customer.

to Contact Customer Service |
Customer Service is on the first
floor of City Hall which is located at the
NE corner of 5th and Rood. Specifically, we are in
the main lobby off of Rood Street which is the South entrance.
We are open 7:30am to 5:30pm.
