The Customer Service Division is made up of four different areas: Utility Billing, Municipal Court, Parking and Sales Tax. This division was organized with the goal of creating a more user-friendly environment for our customers and citizens while also improving the efficiency of the services we are providing. Currently there are 12 total staff in the division who are ready and waiting to assist you, our customer.

How to Contact Customer Service

Customer Service is located in the main lobby on the first floor of the City Hall (NE corner of 5th & Rood). We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Contact us at 970-244-1579.
