Ridges Architectural Control Committee

This five member board and its alternates ensure that all construction in the Ridges Subdivision meets the requirements of the Ridges Protective Covenants for the type of building material, color, height and other structural and architectural requirements. The Committee meets the last Monday of each month.

Members must be Ridges Property Owners within the original filings 1 through 6 and replats of those filings. You may apply to serve on this board by submitting a letter of interest accompanied by an application and brief resume addressed to the Grand Junction City Council, c/o the City Clerk, 250 N. 5th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
