Budget and Accounting

Budget and Accounting is a support division of the Financial Operations Department that provide the following financial services for the City of Grand Junction: general ledger accounting, cash management and investments, coordination and control of the budget, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial analysis and reporting, and controlling functions.
